1.1. These terms and conditions apply to the "Spend Big, Win Big" BYD Dolphin Giveaway ("Giveaway") conducted by Trapo Marketing Sdn Bhd ("Company").
1.2. By participating in the Giveaway, each participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2.1. The Giveaway is open to all residents of Malaysia aged 18 years and above at the time of entry.
2.2. Employees of Trapo Marketing Sdn Bhd, their immediate family members, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the Giveaway are not eligible to participate.
3.1. The Giveaway begins on 25th June 2024 and ends on 31st December 2024 ("Giveaway Period").
4.1. Every RM300 spent on purchases from Trapo Marketing Sdn Bhd during the Giveaway Period qualifies as one entry.
4.2. Participants must submit their entry via the dedicated contest form provided by Trapo Marketing Sdn Bhd.
4.3. Participants must retain proof of purchase for each qualifying entry. Proof of purchase must be provided upon request. Failure to provide proof of purchase will result in disqualification.
4.4. There is no limit to the number of entries per participant. The more entries a participant has, the higher their chances of winning.
5.1. The prize for the Giveaway is one (1) BYD Dolphin vehicle (standard version, RRP RM100,000), fully equipped with Trapo products worth over RM12,000, including but not limited to:
5.2. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
5.3. The winner is solely responsible for any costs associated with insurance and road tax.
6.1. The winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
6.2. The drawing will be conducted from 1-3 January 2025, whereby a winner will officially be announced on 3 January 2025.
6.3. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of purchase within five (5) working days of the drawing.
6.4. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, Trapo Marketing Sdn Bhd reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
7.1. By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry details in any publicity material, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8.1. Personal data provided by participants will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Trapo Marketing Sdn Bhd.
9.1. Trapo Marketing Sdn Bhd is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway.
9.2. Trapo Marketing Sdn Bhd is not responsible for any technical malfunction, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or unauthorized access to entries.
10.1. Trapo Marketing Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Trapo Marketing Sdn Bhd's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
10.2. Trapo Marketing Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
11.1. The Giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
