- Yes, E-Gift Card can be used in physical stores or on TRAPO's official site (my.trapo.asia) only.
6) Will I be refunded if my gift card balance expires?
- TRAPO is not liable for any termination or expiration of gift card balance, hence you’ll not be refunded if your gift card balance expires
