    Overview 

    Every single TRAPO car mat is exclusively tailored made to fulfil your requirement. Please allow 3-5 working days to prepare your customized TRAPO before we send it off. Your order will be shipped via registered postage and a tracking link will be sent to you once your order reaches the carrier we are using for your delivery, for you to be able to follow it all the way to your front door. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a notification card advising you how you can arrange for re-delivery or retrieve the parcel at the nearest delivery office.

    Local Delivery 

    We offer free delivery for West Malaysia and your order will be sent out via GDEX / CITY LINK / NINJA VAN in most instances. For East Malaysia, there will be a flat rate of RM15.00 and your order will be sent out via GDEX / CITY LINK / NINJA VAN .We will need 3-5 days to prepare your Trapo car mat. For peak season (e.g. chinese new year, hari raya aidilfitri, december month) expected there will be some delay for customers to receive the product. Local delivery will take another 1-3 working days. However please allow up to 19 working days to take into account the local postal services.

    Track Your Order 

    To track your order, you will need the tracking number that we sent to you in your dispatch confirmation email.
    Local Delivery: You can track your order here by entering your tracking code when prompted.

    Redemption 

    A delivery charges of RM7 will be applied for all redemption of Trapo car accessories with Trapo loyalty points (East and West Malaysia). However charges will be exempted if a purchase (with no minimum spend) checkouts with the free redemption in a single cart(only applies to west malaysia)

    Other Information 

    • Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation, merchandise availability, delivery and weather conditions
    • Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
    • We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
