Hardware faults, software issues, camera problems, overheating, power issues, and connectivity issues are covered under the warranty.
Physical damage, external accessories, accidents, mishandling, and non-TRAPO components are not covered under the warranty.
Please refer to your receipt or packaging for the specific warranty duration for your dashcam model.
To make a claim, you will need: proof of purchase, serial number, photos/videos of the issue, and a detailed problem description. Contact our customer service team to initiate the claim.
After submission, our team will: 1) Verify your claim and documentation, 2) Arrange for product return if needed, 3) Determine the outcome (repair, replacement, or rejection based on findings).
