Ideal Dash Cam
Absolutely fantastic set up, I bought this unit for my wife's VW Golf R (Australia Model) in October '23 on a visit to K.L. at the Mid Valley Mega Mall Kiosk. Obviously I couldn't get it installed by Trapo as the car is in Australia. I had a local Automotive Electrical expert install it and he was amazed at the quality and easy set up. The Trapo staff at this Kiosk were fantastic and very helpful, the young lady who sold it to us, whose name I can't remember was terrific and the young man went out of his way to help us purchase the product as they don't handle cash there and I don't use cards, he arranged the local bank to transfer into their account and it all took less than 30 minutes. The product is exceptional and I want to purchase another set up the same but unfortunately Trapo don't ship to Australia, but I have a friend who visits there frequently so I will see if he can pick one up for me. A 5 star product and 5 star service from your employees.
