1) Trapo Giveaway contest is organised by Trapo Malaysia. This campaign will commence from (“10’th - 12’th March 2022"). Trapo reserves the right to change the contest period at any time without notifying participants.
2) This contest is open to all residents of Malaysia, aged 18 years old and above.
3) Permanent and/or contract employees of Organiser and/or their immediate family members (i.e. spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters) and/or Advertising & promotion agents and vendors who are directly involved with this Contest shall not be eligible to participate in this contest.
4) This contest will run from 10’th - 12’th March 2022.
5) Participants must follow the steps below as valid entry in the contest:

6) Winners would be selected based on criteria determined by Trapo in its sole and absolute discretion
7) A total of 5 winners would be selected from Trapo Malaysia.
8) We will notify the winner via private message on the contest page. We may ask for your personal information for verification purposes and/or to arrange for delivery
9) Winner is responsible to respond to notification and provide their details (Full name, date of birth, contact number, mailing address and email address) within seven working days from the date of the winner announcement. Failure to do so would be considered forfeited or disposed of at the discretion of Trapo.
10) TRAPO reserves the right to disqualify or reject, at its sole and absolute discretion, any participants and/or revoke or forfeit any prizes at any stage of the Contest.
11) The first winner will be rewarded with 1x Trapo Hex II; second winner will be rewarded with 1x Trapo Classic Mark III’ third winner will be rewarded with 1x Oxtra Air Purifier Lite; forth winner will be rewarded with 1x Oxtra Handheld Vacuum; fifth winner will be rewarded with 1x Oxtra Diatomite Coaster.
12) Prize(s) color may vary from the illustrated photo(s), depending on the computer /devices screen resolutions.
13) No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable and/or exchangeable, including color options. Prizes are subject to availability and TRAPO reserves the right to substitute any prizes with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
14) TRAPO assumes no responsibility for late entries due to any reasons including, but not limited to, network transmission failure.
15) If participants are discovered to be using or have used improper means to participate in this contest, TRAPO reserves the right to cancel the eligibility without notice including without hesitation, the commencement of legal proceedings under the full extent of the applicable laws.
16) This contest and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle all disputes, controversies or claims arising out of or in connection with or in relation to this contest.
17) TRAPO reserves all the rights at all times to modify or amend the Terms and Conditions of this contest or to cancel it with immediate effect without giving any prior notice to any party.
