- In order to redeem points, you may pull the slider at checkout page according to the amount you wish to redeem. However, kindly note that this action will be temporarily unavailable during campaign period

- Login to your Trapo account and select the designated free gift. You would need to copy the code and apply it at the “Discount Code” box at the checkout page. Please do note that the shipping fee would be imposed and beared by customer. It would be RM7 for for Semenanjung Malaysia and RM12 for Sabah/Sarawak. Kindly note that orders for rewards placed through the website will still be charged RM7. If customers do not want to pay RM7, they can copy the code and redeem it at our hub.

- The maximum points customer can redeem is 10,000 points = RM100

- Loyalty points will only be valid for 1 year (12 months). However, if there’s any purchase / activity made within that one year period, the current points lifespan will be auto renewed

- Vouchers / discount codes are not stackable during existing ongoing promotion. This is also applicable for bundle offer on website whereby customers would not be able to use code upon checkout as bundle is already a form of discount

- Aside from collecting points through purchases and referral, customers can also complete all activities listed on our website

- Validity of the points is only for a year. If points are not claimed within the time frame, it will automatically be invalid

- Customers unable to credit their points for past purchases from marketplaces. However, when they sign up Trapo account, they will get RM25 for their next purchase on website.

- Unfortunately we are unable to exchange points into cash. Customer may redeem their nearly expiry points with Rewards
